Need KC frequency list

Okay, I somehow screwed up the programming in my BC245XLT and now I need
to input all the frequencies and talkgroup ID's again. However, I
can't seem to find the link that listed the frequencies to input
to monitor King county fire and police (shoreline). I have the talkgroup
list though. Can somebody help me with what frequencies to input?
Wasn't it KC/VC simocast or something like that?
