Nothing happened really. Sounds like they were staking out the McDonalds in Eastgate. I got the jist that it was either a safety issue with McDonalds employees with a bad element (gang maybe) hanging out there waiting for employees; or, it was a dope dealer dealing behind McDonalds/7Eleven...
