Well, heres what I know:

43.84 is a cordless phone
145.330 is K7NWS, a very popular HAM repeater
146.460 is another HAM channel, as well as the other 146's
154.400 is Eastside fire dispatch, exclude Bellevue FD
154.415 is Seatac/N. Highline fire dispatch
The 161/166 freqs are the media
So are the 450/455 freqs
The 460 freqs are KC Sheriff and Bellevue FD (460.625)
