It's 2096 plus Motorola Status Bit 1. Here are all of them:
0 - Normal Talk Group
1 - ATG (All TGs)
2 - EMERGENCY
3 - Crosspatch (connects 2 TGs)
4 - Emerg. crosspatch
5 - Emerg. multi-select
6 - ?
7 - Multi-select (initiated by dispatcher)
8 - Digital Encryption (DES/DVP)
9 thru 15 same as 1 thru 7 but encrypted.
