well sounds like an Interop talkgoup. ?? I know that they 'usually' use MARS (Mutual Aid Radio) TG 62896 a lot up this way when KCPD north patrol and Kirkland and Bothell need to coordinate together on scene. Come to think of it, I've heard activity on 62995 also before, but still haven't figured out it's actual talkgroup designation.
