I believe that the King County Sheriff covers shoreline and they are on 23152 (or 460.325). As for FD, Shoreline FD is on the Eastside Public Safety Communication Agencies fire system and the talkgroups are as follows:

DISP 22384
TAC-1 22224
TAC-2 22192
TAC-3 22160
TAC-4 22198
TAC-5 22096
TAC-6 22064
TAC-7 22032

TRAINING-1 - 22000
TRAINING-2 - 21968
TRAINING-3 - 21936

These talkgroup are shared by ALL Eastside and North End Fire Departments. Hope this helps.
