saw something new cruising through lynnwood. it's a 2000ish brown chevy impala, with the 3rd break light replaced with a blue/red deck light but no other markings or visible grill/deck lights. it had a ASP1410 "crome dome" series 1/4 wave 2M roof mount antenna in the middle of the car and civil license plate 084 KUL with 2002 tabs. what agency is claiming this as theirs?
(for an undercover car it sure was parked sloppily in a fire zone)
