LERN is 155.37 - STATEWIDE while MARS or KING COUNTY MARS is ONLY for the KING COUNTY area on 155.19 (R/M) input on 154.65. THE WSP is LICENSED to use 154.65 STATEWIDE - But NOT just as a MARS - Intersystem channel. MARS should be listed as KING COUNTY MARS - because it is LICENSED and used IN KING COUNTY - NOT STATEWIDE.
