Two way Mobiles ARE NOT or DO NOT have the SAME features as SCANNERS. YOU HEAR WHAT YOU HEAR - But the WSP mobiles and EXTENDERS just PICK up what they hear and the Car to car is ALSO on the DISPATCH channel sometimes so YOU THINK you hear the WSP Mobile in Priority or scan - WHEN IT IS JUST IN the EXTENDER or NORMIAL Mode. That is what the EXTENDER DOES.
