I noticed one or two Target store freqs when I just checked under Snohomish County - business on this web site. Try the same look at this web site for other counties, like King. I didn't find them in Police Call, however. If I were you, I'd also try all the freqs in the Fast Food section as those may also prove fruitful...not that Target is fast food but a lot of those freqs are generic for business use. I'm so uninterested in listening to these things, it wasn't worth my time to search any more for them. You might also try the FCC web site and do a search there also
