They wouldn't want to tie up a repeater for and o/s/r (on scene report) Unless its something that the dispatcher needs to know. The MedComm channels are non repeated and are designed for that type of communication. And communication to the hospitals. MedComms are a national network set aside from the FCC so medics can talk to each other while responding to a call. If I were you I would get a list of the MedComs I think there is 11 of them. And monitor them until you can find them. But again its not repeated. Sounds like your trunk group may have a patch. I don't know becuase I don't live in your area.
