WHAT?? so how does it supposed to work? Mr Puget Power reads the meter with is eyes, inputs it into a hand held device, then beams it to the reapater antennas around town? or you're saying each meter has a TX unit and every month they come to life and TX their reading to these reapeater antennas??

: I see these in my neighborhood as well. My guess is these are used to read the new power and gas meters. They starting popping up just before they installed the new meters. Just a guess though.
