Sent a radio there for a few weeks. Unbeknownst to me, the person carrying the radio did not stay in one place (
JBSA) and instead chose to spend a weekend at the
Riverwalk downtown. Logs were jumbled but I've put my great brain to work and deciphered what I could from the mess:
152.270 (Slot-1, DCC-5, TGID-100)
Animal Defense League (

CBP National Tacs 1-4 were super active (mostly encrypted)
J-Comm (DOJ Common) was super active with air-to-ground surveillance in the clear.
CBP Air-4 was very active with air-to-ground surveillance in the clear.
BATFE Tac-2 was moderately active but encrypted.
The
ICE trunked system, SysID 4D5, San Antonio site was
incredibly busy (and fully encrypted):

406.7375 ($0DB) was the TSA frequency seen at San Antonio airport (99% clear).
409.8125 ($156) with an input on 418.8125 was a DEA repeater with clear voice- surveillance and takedown of 3 vehicles (simultaneously).
