A friend was in Japan last week...snapped this photo of a unusual outlet. 15A 125V as usual but with a twist lock or peg to prevent twisting. The socket is unknown to anyone I have asked. Searched the web with all sorts of keywords and even an image search though Google....still nothing. Ideas???

Boss took it at around 1430 today at a USFS facility somewhere to the SE of Twisp. Indicated it took some time to send as cell service has been and out for days now.

That's 2:30 PM. DAMN...that's some smoke.

I'd suspect it has something to do with the wrought iron looking thing hanging above the window, outside.
