@ Ryan- It sucks. I share it with another department, and they seem to take delight in abusing it. At least it has a heater and is sort of enclosed, which is nice during thunderstorms.

@ Jay- Yellow strobe is an OSHA requirement, and company as well. Cart in motion, and strobe not on = instant termination. Work lights are for driving in the dark, mainly since the stock headlights shine at the ground 4-6' in front, rendering them useless.
