I found a listing for a frequency for Pike place market. Since it was listed as repeater frequency I plugged it in and have heard voice communication

452.3375
It is most definitely Pike place market. I have heard voice traffic to indicate data to be correct on interceptnorthwest web site. Just on whim I put my radio in MOT mode. And that frequency started showing talkgroups.

Any help in figuring out the rest of the system would be appreciated.

If you're hearing voice in CT mode, it's probably just garbage data scrolling by when you put it in MOT mode. Tune to 868.175 or 167.2875--if it doesn't sound like one of those, it isn't a Motorola system.
