At night when I go to bed I scan just the Fire Tac channels, that way I will wake up to hear a good call and don't have to listen to the BS. So this AM around 0400 Snohomish County Fire District 1 gets toned out for a working marina fire in Edmonds, the first engine arrives on scene and has two boats on fire and requests 2nd Alarm sounds good. So now I'm wondering whats going on because I have not heard anything in 5 minutes and SNOCOM has not said to switch channels and in fact 2nd alarm units have been assigned to FIRE TAC 22 which I have not heard anything in over 5 minutes. So I hit the Search button on the scanner and find the action on TG 59507. SNOCOM has patched this call over to this Talk Group, I'm assuming for Shoreline Fire. I have no idea what this Talk Group is and will look up in the AM. Woke up this morning and checked Intercept for list of Talk Groups and could not find 59507 but found 59504 which was listed as MA Fire Mobilization for SNOCOM, SNOPAC has one also. So King County Units coming into Snohomish County switch to that TG on their Radio and SNOCOM patched their call to that Talk Group.

Point is I did not know about 5907 as a Talk Group, could it be because I was in a search mode on my scanner it locked on to that and was really 59504 ?

Your scanner is not ignoring T bits (Status Bits) as it really should. TG 59504 + 3 simply says this group is patched to another. Look for an option to "Ignore Status Bits."

And I believe that's known as MASNO1 or MASNO2 on their 800 system.
