I'm updating my Eastern WA repeater list. I've got the Wenatchee/Chelan/Omak area covered, and have registered with the Spokane Repeater Group for access to the 147.200 system. I'd like to add a few good repeaters in the Spokane/Moses Lake/Yakima area - in the event I go that way on the spur of the moment.

Any repeater suggestions for popular, higher level, or locally significant machines over there? I'm looking at a couple of online frequency sources, but would like local user input. Tone information would also be great.

Excellent. Thank you, local "insight" is exactly what I wanted.

I've been perusing that site this morning, and it has a lot of information....however, the "local touch" is missing.

Thanks, Brad.

By the way....the 146.620 in Stevens Co. is, or was, linked to the 147.060 in Spokane and the 147.360 (Stensgar Mt./Colville) and 147.380 (Mica Pk) are linked together as part of the KBARA system along with the 146.740 on Kamiak Butte in Whitman Co., the 147.280 on Pikes Pk near Walla Walla and the 147.020 on Lookout Pass at the ID/MT stateline. The 7.360, 7.380 and the 6.740 rptrs do not require a tone and Im not sure about the 7.020 or the 7.280. Of course the western end of that group is the 145.330 here on Tiger. There is also the 147.240 in Spokane, which is linked to the 146.820 rptr on Moscow Mt. between Moscow and Pullman.

One other one with good coverage is the 147.080, which is also on Mica Pk at about 6000 ft.. It belongs to the Kootenai County, Idaho ARES group and has real good coverage from west of Spokane into North Idaho. I believe that one has a 100.0 hz tone now.

Are you just looking at 2M Brad or are you including 70cm too?

Hey Brad, I see you are a moderator.
I noticed a while ago that there are quite a few errors to the Kittitas county frequencies.
Since I work on their systems, I can send an update that is accurate.
So, question is how do I do that?

You could post an update here and one of us can edit the database.
Thank you.

That'd be great. I drive through there on a regular basis and have noticed a lot of the freqs are not active that are listed by ARRL, etc.

Also I noticed the stampede wide area repeater seems to be down (441.125+).... anyone know about that?

Thanks for the updates...my "personal" database has been updated.

Steve, are you referring to Amateur stuff, or the Public Safety stuff? Either way, post what you can, and one of us can manually update the database.

Brad.

Yep, already sent in updates for some Ham and PS.
As I have time, I will check on some of the other agency freqs and update those that I can verify.

Also I noticed the stampede repeater is back up this morning. I love the range on this one (easily hit it from Sammamish, Redmond, etc.) but I don't hear much traffic...
