KIRO currently has TV audio on this frequency. Any idea why? |

Is it ahead of the actual broadcast? Possibly pre delay for a newscast... Maybe their other system is broke... my 2 cents... |

Yeah just by about 2-3 seconds at most. I suspect it's an IFB relay for the field reporters. |
