OK WTF? According to the FCC, KING and KONG are both shooting off the tower next to Queen Anne High School. KONG is lower and less powerful. So why does KONG come in 81/100 on the S meter and KING at 25/100? I know the big reason is that there's an incredibly ugly concrete building right outside my window that blocks my view, but how is it that "frequency 31" (KONG) makes it around it but "frequency 48" (KING) doesn't? |
