My morbid curiosity wants to see the news cast that was interrupted.

It seemed like business as usual until around 11:20 or so they went to commercial and then came back with a "technical difficulties" screen that was up for several minutes, then several minutes of more commercials. They did air Nightline, I'm not sure when they went to dead air.

Word from my contacts is that KATU here in Portland is running their temporary master control via satellite and has a sat truck at the KOMO transmitter to receive the signal.

Correction on my previous post! KATU is just getting KOMO the ABC Feed. Everything else they are on their own and its via microwave, not satellite.

Fisher has a 2 hop 6GHz uWave link between SEA & PDX.
Boistfort Peak is the intermediate location.
