Caught something new on this trip to Tucson - 410.3250 MHz, DMR CC 05. Repeater, fully encrypted.

After monitoring for several days, I'm leaning towards the US Postal Service, probably a bulk mail or sorting center. The frequency is busy 24-7 and very long conversations, very talkative. My experience has shown that these USPS facilities can be very busy on the radios.

The frequency itself is a nationwide USPS assignment, but other agencies, such as the VA and HHS do share this.

It is unusual that they enabled the encryption, as most mail sorting is in the clear.

I guess the next step is to see if it's basic encryption or not.
