Seeing as this is your first post here and the radio is out of state, I'll ask some questions for the sake of the users here on this board.

What is the serial number?
Does the serial number that appears in CPS match the serial number on the tag?
What is the flash code?
What is the date code on the battery? (is it Motorola OEM?)

Please provide a picture of the tags to help prove that it is not an illegal clone.

Attached are some photos of the tags.

The model number is:

Serial Number is:

Flashport Code:

Battery Date Code:
401

Regards,
Ryan

PS - I'm selling this radio because I have always used my 5K Model III and never really needed this one.
