Someone commented on a 2 meter P25 machine in the Spokane area, here is the response, somewhat delayed:
"Sorry for the delayed response, the repeater is a passive experimental repeater at this point with heavy emphasis on the experimental part.
Which means at this point that I have not been able to get the P25 passive part working, if you wish to use a local repeater in Spokane that does pass P25 no problem then try my UHF repeater on 444.175.
In the future when I gain access to the site again I will be working on getting the 145.250 repeater passing P25 but for now it is just a passive 'data' repeater."
