I'll admit it, I listen to the infamous 435 repeater (Los Angeles) via radio ripoff. What can I say.... I'm a loser on both accounts.

Oh, God help us all if this idea comes to fruition.

I was thinking of something more bullet proof, something that would require the use of a Dick Tracy decoder ring.

Rumor mill has it that Mark is fixen to put up a fancy machine. I've been told that it resembles a HAL 9000, and also has Knight Rider lights on the front of it. Unfortunately, Mark would probably take the machine offline if anyone from Intercept tried to use it..

Tons of unused 2 meter machines in dem der hills. We could always just pick one, and make it our own??

I'm a huge fan of 2 meaters and cheese as well. In the past, many individuals have offered to supply hardware, including myself. With that being said, we need some smart kids (with proven ability) that are able to help maintain the system. More importantly, we need someone willing to give up tower space ..... or, maybe someone with elevation?
