Add 224.160/r to your lists. There is no tone.
It's located at Fire Station 21 (near 164 St. SW and I-5 in north Lynnwood). The repeater is owned by Jerry/K6LIE, and this repeater used to be on Somerset Hill in Bellevue (he lost the lease there 2 years ago).
The preliminary testing shows it to be quite usable in the South Snohomish/North King county area. I can use it from Downtown Bellevue, and at the Mukilteo Ferry Dock (real weak there, but usable).
