I've passed Levels I, II, and III.

Costs $45 per course if you're an ARRL Member, and you get it
refunded if you pass due to grants from Homeland Security I believe.

Hello DS:

Were the courses online or by mail? Were they very hard to pass? If they refund your money, I may be able to afford to do it. Unfortunately I'm on SSD, and don't have a whole lot of money to blow.
