I am a 25 yr ham who is finally able to realize his dream of operating a UHF Repeater. I have a GE MASTRII, controller, cans, antenna, tower, WWARA Construction "OK" and a great site on deer mountain near Granite Falls. Looking for a mentor. An interested RF tech or experienced repeater ham who would like ta teach a new guy (WB7ELY) the ins and outs of mountaintop repeater operating. (used to be called an OM) I've experienced most of the aspects of the hobby and now I would enjoy putting a UHF machine together. Just don't have all the repeater systems knowledge. Need advice and help tuning the diplexors, peaking the MASTRII, programming the controller, coax choice, etc. Interested?

Sheesh, Looks like I picked up the wrong rock. The RX freq is 446.4
