Dave passed away last weekend. He retired from KCSO as an animal control officer and was working for ICOM building commercial systems. You usually heard him on the P25 UHF repeater, the PSE repeater, 900 MHz and the new IDAS repeater that he helped put up. This is him when we was on the ICOM webpage. |

I worked with the Dave for a week; happen to be the same that he passed away. One of the Systems team members handed me a print out of this article about Dave. http://www.seattlepi.com/local/267737_gcenter24.html He was a really fun guy to be around and work with. His passing was completely unexpected. Last I saw him was that Friday, he was putting his riding leathers on to head home on his motorcycle. He was cheery and looking forward to hitting the Snoq. casino that night with his girlfriend. |
