Just got a little rental that has a little view of the sound and Keystone. Can I put a camera on the roof and get the signal to my house 6 blocks away on 440?

I don't see why not. You should get a fine signal from rooftop elevation. Even better with a yagi.

a couple of yagis and a couple of bridging routers. Make sure you get a router that can take an external antenna

and would recommend making one if your into that stuff, gonna save you a lot of cash. a lot of markup in 802.11 world because people who do computers dont know how easy and cheap stuff is.
