Anyone upgrade thier ticket now the code has been dropped? Everytime I think of HF, the 11 meters comes to mind. Please tell me HF is not like 11m. |

Huge fan of 11 M here. :twisted: Cobra 2000 with a nice Antron 99... Now as to your question, Im sure there are places where there are nut's on HF also. :wink: Going for my Tech, and General on the 24th. |

I have my Xtra since they drop the code. its not like 11m but you do run into some yahoo's out there even on the repeaters. Good Luck, |

I too used to own a Cobra 2000. I mean 11 meter as in cussing and interupting and such. I overheard a conversation on 146.620 [Brem] not long ago; a guy came on to say another wasn't operating the repeater correctly, like he didn't wait long enough or whatever.... His response "are you going to correct me on every little thing?"... My Yaesu is broke but I'm not sure if I will replace it. Maybe an 'all-band' off eBay just to listen too. Are filters required only for recieving on HF? :?: |
