2 meters seems very quiet the last few years... Ive had 6.88 on for days and heard nothing but some distant stations trying twice now, or possibly even possible skip... 88.5 pl input tone.

Anyone know if 146.62 is active much??

See the "There is another system" thread... And get a good 222 Mhz radio while you are at it:)

This is shaping up to be a robust regional repeater system... with handheld coverage from Skagit/Jefferson counties South to Grays Harbor/Mason?Thurston/Pierce Counties... and mobile coverage beyond...

I was on that system in the early 90's

I loved the 435 back then.

They are much calmer now :mrgreen:
