Is the 224.580 W7WRG machine on Haystack still on the Air? If so there might be something wrong with my rig.

interceptradio entry hasn't been updated for that site since late 2017. If you're not able to key it up and there's no voice traffic then it's probably offline. If you can hear voice traffic then you'll need to search the input frequency for the correct tone.
