I've listened to this one a couple of times, and am SO glad it's not like that up here. It seems LA is INDEED a whole new world.

I'm so surprised that the FCC hasn't done more to these guys.

The FCC has made feeble attempts in the past to control this motley crew. Got resources? If you were to cut the lifeline, of this now very large group, they would probably scatter across the Los Angeles spectrum like a pack of thirsty rats. You would probably hear "jamming for Jesus" on every other repeater :)
This is actually the same repeater that Kevin Mitnick use to (still does?) frequent..

Seriously, tho. I listened to that group online for like 2 hours one night, and with every transmission, I was more and more amazed. I guess everyone down there must kind of look the other way from that machine.

At any rate, I think ex-KG6IRO would fit in quite well with those guys...but from what I understood from looking at their site, he's even been banned from THAT machine.
