The public safety system here in Victoria is a mix of digital and analog. Every police dept. is operating a digital talkgroup for their primary dispatch. Victoria PD is also Simulcasting their dispatch on 155.55 (91.5 tone). The simulcast is low power and narrow band, so the audio quality is poor outside the downtown core. Hope this helps!
