Anybody know who this Control Channel belongs to? I am hearing it from Victoria BC. Only listing I see in the FCC Database is for a company in Richland with the tower site in Oregon. |

That frequency is licensed to Nextel Holdings 4, Inc. in many cities in western Washington. They are the only thing licensed on that frequency in Washington. |

http://www.ecomm.bc.ca/radio/ 800mhz m/a-comm edacs trunked this system is unmonitorable by any scanner on the market for police and ambulance radio traffic unless you can afford a m/a-comm (provoice-option 29) digital transceiver. fire dept also uses this system but operates in analog mode which is still monitorable :) xjf79 |
