Anybody know who this Control Channel belongs to?

I am hearing it from Victoria BC. Only listing I see in the FCC Database is for a company in Richland with the tower site in Oregon.

That frequency is licensed to Nextel Holdings 4, Inc. in many cities
in western Washington. They are the only thing licensed on that frequency
in Washington.

800mhz m/a-comm edacs trunked

this system is unmonitorable by any scanner on the market for
police and ambulance radio traffic unless you can afford a
m/a-comm (provoice-option 29) digital transceiver.

fire dept also uses this system but operates in analog mode
which is still monitorable :)
