A lot of the active frequencies here at Spokane Arena are licensed to the Spokane Public Facilities District, WQHK720. They are not specifically licensed for the arena itself. They might be used by other Spokane city facilities, maybe with different PL tones? - CP |

Sunday morning, started picking up digital paging on 464.6500 MHz full quieting at the arena, but no license found on FCC ULS. I had not picked this up on the last three days of monitoring... |
