Heard at 6:15pm on 450.6125 - King TV (R) - a tone and then 'test of the civil unrest tone'. Heard on a Motorola mobile so I doubt it was a splinter. King has a repeater in the Whatcom/Skagit area so I also doubt it is Canada. Anybody every heard this on any freq? -m |
