I bet a SERS Tech. can answer this question. How come SNOCOM has not been testing Locution like SNOPAC? |

SNOCOM and SNOPAC are two different agencies with two different policies, board of directors and ect... I'm guessing that SNOPAC board of directors felt that Locution would be a good fit for them while SNOCOM board of directors feels that Locution may not.
