Boeing has officially switched to Motorola P25! Their older analog system is now defunct. It appears that TGID's have changed on the new system as well.

I would appreciate users filling in the missing information. Basically I'd love to get Pro96com info from the other sites, such as voice freqs, identifiers, etc. TGID descriptions would be helpful too.

Last I checked, the TGs were the same as before... in the proper language.

Old "2cb0" (which was really 2cb + status bits) is now new "2cb", so 11440 >> 00715 (divide by 16).

I haven't listened lately, suspect there will be some TG updates.

The old system is not completely gone, some sites are still in use.

FWIW, the Boeing trunked site in the Portland area is still Motorola type II.

I was listening to CC on 852.5625 which appeared to be for the Renton plant, but now it's silent except yesterday I heard a couple radio techs.

I flipped on the Boeing TRS this morning on the way in to work. I like to listen to Boeing Everett FD from time to time when something is brewing.

Anyway.... As of this morning the existing analog moto 800 TRS was still up and running.

852.5625 is not one of the 3A5 system nodes. Are you seeing the SysId? Is it 3A0? That is the analog system.

Okay well just to be clear, I'm not interested in the old analog system. We know that some of the old system is still around. That's great but not the thread topic. :)

I've posted the list of CC's for the 3A5 system. Please check those CC's only. If you're seeing 3A0 then that is the old analog network.

I'll check tonight to see if that list has been updated at all.

If there are any SYSID conflicts then please let me know. (Example: If you see SYSID 3A0 on one of the control channels that I posted.)

Nick.

Your right. My intention was not to hijack your thread.

My point was you had said the old analog system was "now defunct". I took that as meaning that the analog radio system had been shut down. Which we know is not the case.

Well for my location it is... ;) I guess certain sites are staying up for whatever reason. I *think* the analog sites will get shutdown very soon though.

No worries. I just want to track down the P25 sites and their locations. I've been lazy on this myself. I still need to program my 996XT but have been sick lately -- and still at work! :D
