I Live grant county i understand that in Feb 2013 MACC is going 800 P25 can i Just program in the simulcast freq's. :beer: |

800 MHz P25 Motorola. the Simulcast Ch's aren't Listed as P25, :beer: |

All of the current digital scanners were designed around tracking P-25 trunked systems, as well as Motorola, EDACS, LTR. Now if the system administrators decide to provide voice encryption, there's nothing you can do to get around that. Encryption is not specific to P-25, it can be used on other trunked radio systems as well. It's just easier to add on a digital trunked system, such as a P-25 system. - Chris |
