Tacoma was supposed to be doing the first step of their P25 upgrade today, replacing their analog core with a digital one. Possibly related to that? |

I don't know if this is related but this afternoon WSP dispatcher advised that the radios would be down for around 1 minute. I'd never heard them do that before. |
