TV said over 230,000 PSE customers are without power due to the ice storm.

Should be some good monitoring if you have power to run your scanners.

Heard someone trying to get to the top of Tiger Mtn last night to fix something, working with a base station using "Rattlesnake" on 451.05/103.5. He needed a lot of direction along the I-90 exits, then got very surprised when he found SR18 closed... Wound up looking for someplace with power to have dinner.

Intercept and my database both show this as PSE, but the FCC shows no hits for anyone in any service in King County. Either it's classified or the radio shop let their own license lapse.

To further confuse us the Morse ID'er says WPNR563, which is for a site in Bellingham.

Yes the PSE 153.x freqs have been really busy 24/7 for the past several days.
