It has always been WSP's "style" to use "plain english" as much as possible, in their comms.

Today's gem is a fine example:
"ya, um, each of them had a bag of WEED on them..."
(in requesting separate case numbers on the stop...)

I prefer it.
Plain English that is.

Imagine if WSP tried using plain Chinese.

I can remember when the local WSP troopers used a CB channel with code #'s to tell each other where they were going for coffee so not to let all the scanner/CB lisetners where they all would be out of service at. Each coffee shop or resturant had it's own code #. :beer:

They still do on the area freqs. Detachment and other places have codes
