Just got "Seattle Emergency Radio' free App for the iPhone. Perfect for Seattle. Has SFD dispatch as List and Map and some good King/Sea feeds. Is Lancaster (County) Decisions here? You thought about an App Rich? |

The problem with cell phone software is platform dependency. If you are simply passing information or audio its better to do it from the server side using technologies like HTML or Java that tend to work on most platforms. |
