Figured this was the closest place to throw this question- I've been away for a little bit, and return to find that Lakewood PD (1040) is now simulcasting on the Puyallup cell of the 830D system? Anyone know why?

It used to be roaming denied; I remember an LPD buddy being upset he couldn't monitor off his portable from home in Puyallup...

This began when they added 2 channels to the trunk. There must be radios that are positioned in the zone to pull the talkgroup over to zone 2.
