There has been some activity on SDOT UHF 453.850. Today was some radio testing on various sites and base radios. This may be the same F7 that is mentioned in an excerpted portion of the SFD Manual that refers to a 450 Mhz DEM F7 that can be used as a citywide channel in case the trunk system is totally unusable.
