155.175 (CSQ) Unk, coordination with PCSD or WSP motor units
157.590 (107.2) Unk, sounds like schools (Foothills Elementary has a portable license here)
151.625 (179.9) Unk

As a post-event note, I think 155.175 was being run by Pierce County 4x4 SAR; saw one of their vehicles with all of it's antennas. That freq was strongest as it passed by.
