Well, maybe they were simulcasting, but it was the same traffic on both channels at the same time.

Check out the database for Spokane, TMF & I dressed it up 'bout a year ago (for Fire & L/E).

Lot's of interesting logs. I need to get me one of those.

Edit:
The 'Map' search & 'Database' search yield different results.
I will work on the Spokane database & do some maintenance.

TMF, help me on the Fire-Side.

I was just looking at the DB and did see one thing you can edit. For Southwest Primary, you can add Cheney FD and Medical Lake FD along with FD3! What else do you need?

154.280? for Cheney & Medical Lake?
Isn't everyone south & west (SR195/I90) on 154.280?
What's FD3?

Tidalwave; thanks, I knew it was one of those (off the top of my head).

155.010 (S)
Heard a reference to "go to five" on SCSO.
I did a quick search off the VFO & caught this.
Car to Car traffic.
Used to be the phone patch channel (5, not the freq) before cell phones.
FCC didn't show anything licensed to Spokane County.
I threw it in the scan list for follow up.

Edit: I remember this belongs to Airway Heights or Medical Lake.

155.010 is Airway Heights! Med Lake did use 155.055 for their local car to car stuff when I lived there and used to have voice inversion scrambling capability.

Here's the map for the county fire district lines in case you haven't seen it. Suppose I should have said Fire District 3! There was a time when Medical Lake was on South Primary.

Edit:
I don't monitor the Fire-side much.
Except during wildfire season, and then usually DNR & USFS.

District 3 has covered that part of the county since the 1960's. I was there from 1995 to 2004.
